DMCA Policy
At Thanksgiving Turkey Recipe, we respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect our users to do the same. This DMCA Policy outlines our procedures for addressing alleged copyright infringement under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).
The DMCA provides a mechanism for copyright owners to notify online service providers of alleged copyright infringement. Filing a DMCA Notice

DMCA Counter-Notification
If you believe that material you posted on Thanksgiving Turkey Recipe was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with our Copyright Agent. Pursuant to Sections 512(g)(2) and (3) of the DMCA, a counter-notification must include the following:
- Your physical or electronic signature.

- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.

- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or if your address is outside of the United States, for any judicial district in which Thanksgiving Turkey Recipe may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the initial DMCA notification or an agent of such person.
